Synopsis:
Well hello, welcome again! So, this is the last book on the trilogy Love Me With Lies and I can't believe that we're saying goodbye to the characters. The were magnificent, real and they made my heart ache with their story. For me, it was the first time i read something like this. The undiluted truth. No sugar coated words. Just a story of humans behaving like humans. Making mistakes and being so passionate about their lives. I will miss reading them, and I can't tell you how grateful I was for Tarryn Fisher's existence. She made my reader life better.
Spoiler Section:
Finally Caleb (the main voice in this book) clears some of the blanks for us. Like the house he bought to live with Olivia. part of the reason of that first fall out. It made me very sad, to see how much they loved each other but that annoying stubbornness of their pair kept them apart.
In this book, I fell (more) in love with him. He starts to stand out for her and he gives a rat's ass the opinion of the others. It was beautiful and sad at the very same time because Leah, lovely Leah gets in the way again. Honestly woman! Go live with the penguins! (Poor penguins, though)
Leah threatens Olivia. She would never tell Caleb that Stella's his daughter and he will never see the baby again if Olivia doesn't leave Caleb, and of course, a baby is top priority, so she leaves him AGAIN.
Caleb, heartbroken, moves to London and then starts a legal battle against Leah for his rights as a parent of Stella. (Take that, bitch!)
We see more of the past with him & Olivia, and when i read about the fake amnesia I lost it. Their love it's so strong. It's a hurricane of emotions with these two. Yes, they both make mistakes, and the cost was too much. He lost his family and she lost a part of her soul, but al least, in the end, they finally have each other to rely on.
I will never see the color blue the same way, specifically the aiport blue kind. I appreciate more the love and passion behind every action I make and all of these thanks to a girl that wanted to tell a story way beyond the parameters. I'm grateful for her writing and, well, tell me on the comments which were your favorite parts of the trilogy. For now that's it, and we'll see again very soon, byyyye.
